How do I order a delivery?
Call or text us at (972) 332-1833 and tell us what’s being picked up, where it’s going and when it needs to be there. If you’d like to talk it through first, you can schedule a call.
How do quotes work?
We give every quote over the phone, once we’ve gone over the delivery with you. We don’t post a price list, because the price depends on the details of each delivery.
What affects the price?
We look at the pickup and drop-off locations, the distance between them, how urgent the delivery is, how often it repeats, and whether it needs special handling.
Can you set up a recurring route?
Yes. Give us the stops and the days, and the route will run on that schedule.
Handling and Training
Is your team HIPAA trained?
Yes. Everyone on our team has completed HIPAA privacy training, and we’ve also been trained in OSHA safety and bloodborne pathogens.
Do you sign Business Associate Agreements?
Yes, for any client whose work requires one. You can read more about how we handle patient information on our standards page.
Can I see your training records?
Yes. Ask us and we’ll share them.
What equipment do you bring?
We keep coolers, gloves and spill kits with us for medical deliveries.
Can you transport items that need to stay cold?
Often, yes. We carry coolers, but we’ll ask what temperature the item needs first and only accept the delivery if we can meet it.

Timing and Area
Do you deliver at night and on weekends?
Yes. We make deliveries 24/7, including overnight and on weekends.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Let us know as soon as it comes up, and we’ll quote it on the phone.
Where are you based?
We’re in Allen, in Collin County.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover the Dallas-Fort Worth area and the communities around it. Our service area page names the cities and towns.
Our Services
What do you deliver?
We deliver organs, medications, blood samples and lab specimens, hospital supplies, and legal documents. Each one has its own page under our services.
Do you work with law offices?

What if my delivery doesn’t fit one of your services?
Ask us anyway. Plenty of deliveries don’t fit neatly into a category, and we’ll tell you on the call whether we can take it.
