Pickups

Same-Day Runs and Daily Lab Routes

Most labs have cutoff times. A sample that misses the cutoff usually has to wait until the next day’s run. We can pick up urgent samples the same day or arrange a daily pickup time that works for your office.

If your lab collects from more than one office, the route can stop at each of them.

Handling

Trained to Handle Blood and Specimens

Everyone who handles your samples has completed bloodborne pathogens training and OSHA safety training. We carry gloves and spill kits for responding to leaks.

Samples that need to stay cool go in a cooler, and we’ll confirm any temperature requirements with you before we pick them up. Because specimens carry patient information, the people carrying them are HIPAA-trained as well.

Questions

Lab Courier Questions

What do you need to set up a daily lab pickup?

We need the offices we’ll be picking up from, the lab the samples are going to and the time they need to get there. With those, we can plan the route and quote it.

Can you pick up a single sample the same day?

Yes. Let us know where it is and which lab it’s going to, and we’ll give you a price before we head out.

Set Up a Lab Route for Your Office

Tell us which offices your samples come from and which lab they go to, and we’ll work out a pickup schedule with you.
