Yinguimak Solutions LLC is a medical courier based in Allen, Texas. This policy covers our website, including the booking calendar, and what happens when you call, text or email us.

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you book a call, that’s the details you enter, such as your name, phone number and email address, and the time you pick.

When you call, text or email us, it’s your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us about your delivery.

Our booking calendar runs on Google Calendar through our Google Workspace account. When you book a call, the details you enter go to Google and appear on our calendar, so we know when to call you. Google Workspace is the only outside service our website is connected to.

Google handles what you enter in the calendar under Google’s Privacy Policy, and Google may use its own cookies while you’re using the calendar.

We use it to call you at the time you booked, talk through your delivery, give you a quote and keep in touch about the deliveries you set up with us. We don’t sell your information, and we never share your phone number or messages with anyone for marketing.

Our website doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and our own pages don’t set cookies. Like most websites, the server that hosts our site keeps basic logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and running.

Our website isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
